Good Morning and a very Happy Friday to you all.
Today I'm sharing a quick card for the Daring Cardmakers challenge which is all about pretty pastels. If you decide to join in it can be any project but using Pretty Pastels.
I love pastel colours as they remind me of spring and warmer weather.
For this challenge I have created a Christmas card as I came across a pretty paper kit in my stash. It was perfect for this challenge as it had the cutest of characters like this cute elephant with his friends.
I hope you like my take on the Daring Cardmakers challenge and are inspired to join in the fun. As this is the last DCM post of the year I'd like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Thank you so much for stopping by, I wish you all a happy weekend.Check out all the inspiration from the DT over on the Daring Cardmakers blog https://daringcardmakers.blogspot.com

Trees- Daring Cardmakers Challenge Guest Designer
Hello and happy Friday everyone!
I'm back with another Daring Cardmakers Challenge as a Guest Designer and this week it's all about trees. I have created a double tent card with triangular shaped trees.
I started off with two sizes of tent cards and attached the smaller one in front of the taller one. Then I covered them with patterned papers and a scolloped edge from glitter card.
I cut three triangular trees out of patterned paper and layered them in front of each other to create dimension. I then added some snowflakes to give a decorative look and added a sentiment to finish it off.
This card can fold flat for posting too.
Have you created your Christmas cards yet? Would love to see if you have created your cards to a particular theme.
I hope you like my take on the Daring Cardmakers challenge and are inspired to join in the fun.

DCM December Elemental Challenge-Guest Designer
Hello and welcome back to my blog for another Daring Cardmakers Challenge.
This week its the December Elemental Challenge, where you can choose 3 elements from the picture to create your card. I have chosen quite a few of the elements to create my card. Remember it doesn't have to be Christmas related as long as you have 3 elements on your card.
I have used a Sizzix Stag die with cream glitter card, this really stands out against the red background. I die cut a small tag and stamped the word joy before threading some twine through. I punched out some snowflakes and positioned them carefully onto the card. Can you guess how many elements I've used?
I hope you like my take on the Daring Cardmakers challenge and are inspired to join in the fun.
